どちらのトラックも確実にシェイプされたパーツ＆グルーヴで、Barkingのサイケデリア・ファンクが生まれている。ヴィンテージハードウェアが生み出す太めのシーケンス。ギターやエレクトリックベースと、その電子楽器のコントラストをうまくミックスしていて、当時で云うレイビーな感覚も持ち合わせたDJツールとしても使える一枚な仕様になった。 ブレイクの長さや、少しなかなか立ち上がらないピークに燃えるリスナーもいるだろう。 ミランのDiscosafariパーティーを集約したようなこのモンド・サイケデリックハウス盤の誕生に祝杯を！ （ALTZ） RUVIDO 01 is the new release from Croce's own DJ/Production combo The Barking Dogs, co-operated with historic partner Nicola Mazzetti: a fiery two tracker in which the duo dive deep into their love for psychedelia and jazz. This is mostly exemplifide by the A side "SWB", driven by a quasi-kraut motorik beat and a free-flowing structure, punctuated by energetic guitar power chords and a killer bassline. On the other side, banger "Liquid Strategies" sports a mix of rolling synthetic disco and jazz from outer space. The tracks have been recorded during a night session together with Federico Dottini's bassline and Miko Spinelli: mutant free electronic music.
